Dear ISP, If you have a MYNIC domain that has already expired. You are not allow to appoint another person to renew it for you. The only way to renew your domain is to go back to your existing/previous Invoicing Party.

If you wish to TRANSFER your domain to another Invoicing Party, please ensure that your domain has not expired and follow the steps below:

  1. Go to http://www.domainregistry.my/
  2. Go to “Update your domain name” menu

  3. Click “Modify Domain Name”

  4. Enter Your Domain Name and Click “Modify”

  5. Select Administrative Contact
    Mynic select administrator
  6. Enter Administrative Contact UserID and Password (Administrative Contact UserID and Password was send to you upon your domain registration)

    Note:
    If you have lost your User ID or Password, please click on the “Forgot your UserID” and “Forgot your password” link to reset.
  7. Select Option 5: Appoint New Invoicing Party

  8. Select “Your New Invoicing Party” from the list of New Invoicing Party.
  9. Click “Next”.
  10. Click “Yes” to confirm.
