You can easily create e-mail accounts from your hosting account Control Panel (cPanel). Here is what you need to do:
STEP 1: Log into your cPanel
STEP 2: Once at the main page, click on the Add/Remove Email Account(s) icon.

STEP 3: In the fields provided, type the name of the account, the password and the disk space you would like to assign to the mailbox.

STEP 4: Click the [Create] button to create the mailbox.
You will be taken to a page which asks you for confirmation. Click on Yes to create the mailbox.
STEP 5: Do you wish to configure the account to work with a mail client (Outlook, Mail.app)?
STEP 6: Click YES

Reading your e-mails
- OPTION 1: Using an E-Mail Software Client
Different e-mail client software requires slightly different configuration. However, the following configuration must be maintained regardless of the software.Username: shara for default and for other users, for example: shara@domainname.com if your email is shara@domainname.com
Password: <key in the password provided>
POP3 Server: mail.domainname.com
SMTP Server: mail.domainname.com - OPTION 2: Using a Web Browser
Go to http://www.domainname.com/webmail
Enter the username and password created for you by the Account Holder.
